What’s In Your Queue?

It’s that time of the week for Netflixers. The end of April brings us Marvel’s greatest cartoon series, another washed up actor with an Oscar worthy performance and a horror remake worth the peek.

After all these years, Fox’s longest running cartoon series finally hits DVD. Relive the first 33 episodes, including the 5-part Phoenix Saga, and reminisce of when Saturday mornings were worth waking up to.

Mickey Rourke had The Wrestler and Van Damme has JCVD. This self-parody has the action star playing himself–an actor whose life is crumbling harder than his career. Finding work is the least of his worries now, as he finds himself caught in the middle of a hostage takeover in a post office. JCVD is clearly Van Damme’s greatest work and proves his acting talents go beyond a leg split.

Based off the 2003 Korean film A Tale of Two Sisters, The Uninvited tells the tale of a young girl who returns home from a mental hospital, only to find her father is engaged to her mother’s former nurse. Throw in some more plot twists and a few disturbing scenes—you got The Hand That Rocks The Cradle meets The Grudge.
